What are the steps in the recruitment, selection, and placement process?

  2. Recruitment and Selection of candidates (between 5 and 20 days)
  3. The immigration process: obtaining a work permit in Romania (between 30 and 45 days)
  4. Going through the Emigration Process - Obtaining a Work Visa (up to 90 days)
  5. The employee's arrival in Romania / Planning the trip to Romania (between 5 and 10 days)
  6. Signing the employment contract (REVISAL, REGES) and start of the probationary period
  7. Obtaining the temporary residence permit: The completion of the immigration process (90 days from the arrival in Romania)
  8. The integration of the employees into the working environment
  9. The supervision of the employees at work

So, the whole process until arrival in Romania can take between 100 and 165 days.

What fees are involved in the recruitment process?

There are several fees to be paid, and we will provide you with information on the contours or institutions where payments are made at the appropriate time.

Pre-arrival fees in Romania:

  • Tax for issuing a Work Permit - Euro 100
  • Consular fee for Work Visa - USD 180
  • Immigration Notice Fee - USD 110

Fees after arrival in Romania:

  • Residence Permit Fee – 259 lei
  • Consular fee of Euro 120 to be paid only at the first request for the issuance of the long-term residence permit
